This is a message for Jame Marajan.

The Le Fevre family arrived home this morning. We all had such a brilliant holiday and we
were all sad to leave Borneo.

I attach a photo from Sandakan market.

Thank you, the Borneo trails team, who looked after us all so well, especially Jame our guide who showed us some wonderful sights, and nature in your beautiful country.

We will return I hope in a few years time for another adventure.

Best wishes,
Sarah, Graham, Kate and Eloise.

Hi Patricia & Yunus

I have just returned from my trip and wanted to say thank you to you both for organising these tours for us. We had a fabulous time on both the Poring Hotsprings tour and Turtle Island.

Johnny who took us for the day trip to Poring Hot Springs was particularly fantastic. From the time he picked us up we were all chatting away like old friends and he gave us a huge insight not only of the areas we visited including the trees and birds but also the local cultures and we really felt we came away from the trip with a lot of interesting information. All other tours we did had 2 separate people for driving and a guide so I feel he did an exceptional job and really made the trip enjoyable for us. I forgot to get his contact details so if you are able to forward an email address to me or pass mine onto him that would be fantastic.

Thanks again and I will definitely recommend Borneo Trails.

Cheers
Keryn

Once again I entirely recommend Borneo Trails. Our 4-person 11-day orchids-focussed tour was a delight with Hermann as Guide, Marthin driving and Jaime booking everything. We appreciate the level of detail and also responding to situations that arose.

Non-orchids, the monkeys/fireflies tour was completely different and we truly recommend it.

Hotel Gaya in KK was well above 2-stars we thought, and Celyn hotel near Kundasang was also a treat.

As to orchids, D’Villa was a real highlight and BT made it possible for us to get to Tenom and also the orchid centre at Poring. At both places we were unaware at the time that Hermann quietly arranged they stay open past closing time.

The orchids on the Mesilau trail were of course the highlight – but as fit, experienced NZ trampers we unexpectedly found that trail too arduous. (12.5 hours Timpohon to Mesilau) – that is NOT a complaint in fact Hermann worked himself hard as team leader to get us down safely in the dark after we had spent a long time up on the ridge with the orchids and nepenthes.

Borneo Trails, your staff are so dedicated to showing visitors the best of Sabah, with such pride. Please allow any potential clients to contact me, especially regarding orchids.

Hello again Jaime,

We just wanted to say thank you to all of your staff (especially Alex, Willie and Walter) for the excellent service provided to us.
Willie and Walter’s tours covered everything we wanted to see and they really went to a lot of trouble to ensure we ‘packed in’
as much as possible.

We’re especially grateful to Willie and Alex for the effort they made to ensure we were re-united with Wayne’s camera. We
honestly didn’t expect to see it again until we arrived back home and arranged to have it posted here. It was amazing that they
were able to get it to us before we left Kota Kinabalu – service way above and beyond what could be expected. Please thank
them again on our behalf.

Finally, thanks also to you for putting our very short tour together. Everything went according to plan and we managed to cover
all of the places we had only read about till now.

Regards,
Dianne & Wayne Cripps

To Whom it May Concern,

Recently my wife and I enjoyed 9 terrific days visiting your wonderful country. We would like to single out some of your personnel for special mention. Namely your guides Mr Geoffrey and Mr Gunn and Mr Fred at the Hyatt booking desk.

We went on your Nature Trails to Kinabalu Park & Poring Hot Springs. Geoffrey’s knowledge and delivery of this knowledge was quite exceptional during the entire trip day. My wife and I were probably the oldest travellers on the bus that day. When we arrived at Poring all passengers elected to partake in the Canopy Walk. As mentioned earlier my wife and I are getting on in years. I use a walking stick due to my knees are no longer as functional as they once were when I was younger. After climbing the track toward the canopy I had to inform Geoffrey I would not be able to continue ( due to my knees) and would need to return to the entrance to the walk. Instead of leaving me to my own devices to retrace my steps down the steep path, Geoffrey displayed the utmost duty of care and accompanied me to the bottom ensuring I did not trip or fall on my descent by holding on to me during the toughest steepest parts. When after arriving back down off the hill Geoffrey ensured I was comfortable and offered me a chair to sit. He stayed with me to make sure I was recovering from my exertion. Meanwhile on the canopy another drama was unfolding involving my wife. My wife has a dislike of swing bridges. She was not emotionally or mentally prepared for the type of swing bridges making up the canopy walk prior to departing for the canopy walk. She froze approximately1m in from the start of the first bridge. This is where Mr Gunn came to the fore showing true compassion for an frightened elderly tourist. He took my wife’s arm and guided her across, not one but all four bridges. They arrived at the end of the canopy walk sometime after the last of our group had crossed. My wife was shaking with anxiety.Mr Gunn stayed with my wife ensuring she made the it to the base without mishap, often taking her arm to guider her down steep and awkward sections of the track.

We utilised your booking desk at the Hyatt Regency manned by Mr Fred. What a delightful young man. He was most informative, very friendly and most helpful with his suggestions for tours he thought we may enjoy. We also went on on the monkey and firefly tour one afternoon /evening. We had the most enjoyable time and observed groups of proboscis & silver monkeys, a monitor lizard and what appeared to be a crocodile – excitement all round! Your young bus driver that day – whose name I didn’t learn, has exceptional driving skills. (Walter was our guide)Twice, through his evasive actions, he prevented what could have been two devastating traffic accidents. These incidents were no fault of your driver but the actions of irresponsible other drivers. The worst was an oncoming vehicle overtaking another on double solid lines on the brow of a hill at night less than 50m in front of us. Apart from that incident we had a truly wonderful time and would recommend your company for all internal tours.

With thanks,

Two grateful Sabah visitors,

Stuart & Seonaid Fife.

Australia.

Greetings to Encik Yunus,

First of all, I would like to let you know that I have made it to the Low’s Peak of Mount Kinabalu on the 16th Mar 2014.
And I did not achieve it without you, your fellow colleagues and the designated guide’s help.

Esther have been liaising with me and promptly filling me in during her working and off-duty hours. She even communicated with me via whatapps today to see how am I doing after a few days of rest. I am happy to have her co-ordinate this trip for me. Please convey my appreciation to her. Thank you.

Both of your drivers deserved a pat on the shoulder too. They are punctual, humble and courteous. They taken good care of me during the travel journey to and back from the park. Their experience, local culture knowledge are vast and able to provide advises and information from time to time. Kudo to them.

Last but not least, I am not able to communicate with Ms. Rosalia Biteh since we bid farewell with each other and I am suppose to send her some photos taken together during the trip via electronic mail. Therefore, I would like to request for your assistance to channel my appreciation to her via the Kinabalu Park management team. I have learnt a lot from her during our climb, we communicated and she have guided me well. All do and don’t are duly noted with reasons and disciplinary procedures in the climb process are clearly mentioned for my personal safety in mind. She knows the importance of communication between the guide and climber(s) which will surely allow us to manage our expectation accordingly.

I learnt that there are only a handful female guides out of a group of 300plus guides in the park and she have been a guide since she left school at the age of 19. This is her seventh year into her guide service with the park. She is surely a valuable asset to the park and to us all. She possess many positive qualities as a person and not to mentioned as a Guide. She have a very good & strong relationship with her fellow colleagues at all ranks – Guides, Guide-Porters and porters as I never see her fail to greet them all. And of course, she is the one who ensured me to enjoy the climb especially the last leg from Sayat Sayat (it was raining and windy hill). Her strong will kept me going and I cant thank her enough for that. It is this reason why I am writing in to thank her, Kinabalu Park and Borneo Trails for this enjoyable climb.

Thanks again Encik Yunus for your time and attention.

Regards,
Khong Woon Shin.

Hi there,

We just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff at Borneo Trails for making our trip to Sabah really special. Our stay at the Borneo Nature Lodge was very enjoyable and the food was great. But our guide Jame made the whole thing worthwhile. His knowledge and expertise in spotting animals and birds was amazing, and his overall enthusiasm was fantastic (and infectious). We were very lucky to have him to ourselves for two days of our three day trip.

Thanks for looking after us, Jame. The early morning river trip through the mists to the oxbow lake is one we won’t forget. It was very beautiful. Watching the croc swimming up stream next to the boat and that grey headed fish eagle come swooping out of the mist were magical experiences. But nothing topped seeing the mother and baby Orang-Utan in the wild.

Thanks again to everyone for your efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, professional service.

We will be recommending a visit to Sabah and Borneo Trails to all our friends.

Kind regards
Tracey and Alan Bird

Dear Dan,

It has been a great pleasure visiting your lodge.

After approx. 2,5 hours driving in a car, then 5 min. in a boat – we were welcomed by you all, especially the juice and a hot wet cloth. The lunch was served in a nice dining room with air condition – a very nice and tasty lunch according to Scandinavian customs’. On the whole lodge the atmosphere was very calm and nice, so we really got the feeling that we were in the middle of the rainforest. The whole staff was very professional, smiley and kind during the whole stay. The apartments were nice and clean, and it was very nice to enter an ice cold room after spending a long day in the rainforest. It was a nice experience to wear the sarongs at every dinner – it brought in a good atmosphere for the Borneo tradition among us guests.

The main reason for staying at Borneo Nature Lodge was for us the Kinabatangan River Safaris. The professional guiding and sailing from your team was for us excellent, we were never feeling unsafe at any time at all even though we were very close to the wild animals (elephants and crocodile).

Especially we would like to point out our guide Jame Bin Marjan from Borneo Trails. He knowledge about nature, animals and history is huge – his interest for photographing was also excellent and inspiring, as due to his interest we came very close to the wild animals. I’m also a photographer and I know the true feeling of taking good pictures – and James pleasure of showing us his pictures while we were sailing.

For sure we will return and we will recommend your lodge to all our friends and relatives.

Best regards

Bernadette,

Sorry it has taken me this long, but at last I have done it! Thanks for your help in arranging the early trip home from Sandakan. It was a shame we missed the Island, as we both were looking forward to laying back and relaxing but the rest of the trip was really good. Phillip was a real help and knew about every question we had! He helped make the Kota Kinabalu section of the trip really enjoyable. And Ahmed, who drove us from Sabah Tea to Sandakan, then around that section of Sabah, made us feel quite safe. At no time did we feel alarmed. Ryan was also great. He knew any questions we threw at him (especially about birds!). But the part we enjoyed the most was with Neil at the Eco Lodge. He was so friendly and helped us relax (not that we needed too much help relaxing there, what a great place). We will definitely stay there again if we make it back to Sabah (which we hope to do). He also helped with organizing the flight expenses etc. A great guy! When we come back we will have to go to Labuan Island too. We would have gone last time but time was an issue, to go and really take in the vibe of the cemetery, would need an over-nighter I think.

Thanks again,

Steve and Lea White.

Dear Bernadette,

Sorry this has taken us this long to send this message. We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you so much for all your help and organization for our trip to Borneo back in October. We had such a wonderful time. All the tour guides were fantastic (Ryan and Nordin in particular). We couldn’t fault your professionalism. We were not expecting transfers from the airport upon arrival so that was a lovely surprise especially given we were tired and in an unfamiliar country. In particular we wanted to say a huge thank you for your kindness and help following the passing of my husbands Mother. It was a very sad and difficult time, but we really appreciated Ryan calling to organize a transfer for Bernie back to the airport. Ryan was also fantastic with the kids after Bernie had left and made the rest of the tour enjoyable for them.

Hopefully one day we may be able to return to Borneo and take Bernie to some of the places that he missed out on. I particularly loved the tea plantation and would have loved for him to have been there. Our stay at the Rasa Ria was also very nice and fancy, something we don’t experience very often.

Once again, we cannot thank you enough for planning our trip so wonderfully and helping out Bernie when he had to head home. I would thoroughly recommend Borneo Trails to everyone and in particular yourself.

Kind Regards

Rebecca and Bernie Ponton (Fred and Rosemary Einsiedel).

Hi Jamie,

We would like to take the opportunity of thanking you and your colleagues for making our visit to your wonderful country so memorable !!!!!!

We can not find fault with the organisation etc but most of all the guides Hendry, Bennie and Walter they were all so knowledgeable about the flora, fauna ,birds and their passion for Borneo it really made our trip so special and far exceeded our expectations.

The only downside was the Hill lodge in Mt Kinabalu the room and bedding felt damp but did not spoil our experience there.

Please pass our thanks on to all concerned we intend to return to Borneo and will certainly recommend your company to other friends and people.

Thanks again and kind regards

Good morning Esther. Thank you so much for organising our trip down to Sandakan. Everything worked so well and went very smooth. Having 2 days at Kundasung was needed. The Heritage Hotel was okay and it looks like it is going through a process of renovation. Their service was personal and lovely. We booked seats on a Tung Ma Express bus and was able to pick that up at the bottom of the hill. It was full but we sat on the steps until a seat became available. It seems our booking got ‘lost’ in translation! The driver dropped us off at the Sepilok roundabout where there were taxis waiting. We really like Jungle Resort and viewed Orang Utans in the late afternoon as there was no tourist rush- good decision. Absolutely loved Borneo Nature Lodge. Neil is a legend and so is Kurt! Got to see Pygmy elephants too which was a bonus. The food there was as stunning as the surroundings. The city tour was another highlight and the guide so helpful right until he dropped us off at the airport. We really do appreciate such a well organised smooth running itinerary that was not busy. Thanks so much again.

Dear Laura,

I am writing to thank you , Jeffrey, Walter and Humphrey for helping to make our holiday in Sabah so memorable.

You may remember that my husband and I were the English tourists who wanted a slightly unusual visit and overnight stay in Papar. On that occasion you made the changes we requested and Jeffrey and Humphrey were wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly guides.

We were also very grateful for the help and advice you gave us when we needed to re-arrange our onward flight to Sarawak.

My reason for visiting Papar was to compare it with how it was in the 1960s when I taught at a Papar School. On 24th May, Humphrey was very very, helpful as he drove us to places in Papar that I remembered, before taking us back to the Nexus Resort.

I do have a favour to ask you and I hope you will be able to help me:- when we reached St Joseph’s School in Papar – the batteries on both our cameras ran out and we were unable to take any photographs. My roommate in the 1960s taught at St Joseph’s and she would love to see photographs of her old school – would it be possible to ask Humphrey if he could take a few photographs of St Josephs (old and new) and e mail them to me?

I would be for ever grateful if you could do this for.

Thanks again for the professional and friendly way all your staff help to make our trip to Sabah so memorable.

With Best Wishes

NEVER have we had so many experiences in such a short time. A big thank you to all of Sandakan, where we in no way felt to differ in religion or cultures. We got help with the little things we did not have in place and everything went very smoothly for us. We wish us already back to your amazing island but allowed that it is the same guide we have. Hi Jame
Hope you and your family are well.

We would like to thank you for your expertise in finding the animals, and explaining their habitats and lives. Having had a previous visit to the
Lodge when we were surprised at the wildlife we saw on that visit and we never expected to see so much this time. The elephants were animals we only
hoped we would see and thanks to you and the boat operator made this possible. If you could also pass our thanks onto Neal for the hospitality at
the Lodge and showing us the python. The visit and lunch at the English Tea Rooms in Sandakan was very good and the views over the sea exceptional.

We are now back in the UK to more snow, the ground temperature is minus 2 but with the North wind the air temperature goes down to minus 7 and no sun
just black skies and cloud.

If we are fortunate enough to visit Sabah again, possibly next year,we will contact you to arrange the visit to the Lodge. We hope the troubles have been resolved and not caused you any loss of business.

Best wishes for a good tourist season and Everton to beat Liverpool.

Dear Sirs,

My wife and I have recently returned to U.K., following a Far East tour which was booked through Hayes & Jarvis and included a 3 day “Wildlife of Borneo” tour. (This covered Selingan Island, Sepilok, Sukau..Borneo Nature Lodge, River cruise, Gomantong Caves, and Sandakan). We wish to record that the tour was superb from start to finish, and that the sights and range of animals seen will live in our memories forever.
One of the main reasons for the success and pleasure of the tour was the fact that we had a wonderful guide who asked us to call him by his nickname “K”, but we understand that he is ERYANTO DUGLAS (Tour guide TG9908).

K was very knowledgeable about both the areas visited and the wildlife in those areas. However, the information which he provided was given in a most interesting and entertaining way, and at no time did he merely recite details.

Throughout the 3 days he was most attentive and caring, and always sought to ensure that we were safe and cared for, and that we had every opportunity to make the most of our time. His dedication was a great credit to him.

In addition, our tour driver, Ahmad, was very friendly and cheerful, and we always felt completely safe in his hands.

In all, your staff ensured that our tour was a most enjoyable and unique experience, and we wish to express our grateful thanks to them and to you for this.

You are indeed most fortunate to have such dedicated and caring staff. Long may they continue their good work on your behalf.

With many thanks and kind regards,

Bill and Anne Foster

Good morning

We are writing today to express our grateful thanks for the wonderful treatment we received from both your tour guide “Kurt” and the driver “Captain” during our visit to the Orang Utang Sanctuary and other destinations on the itinerary on 18 November. What delightful guys. Kurt gave us so much information about the various places we visited and it was such a pleasure to be in his company. It was definitely the best tour/excursion we have ever experienced and it was a joy to spend the day with them. Please pass on our appreciation to both Kurt & “Captain” and we wish them both all the very best for the future.

We wish you all at Borneo Tours a very merry Christmas & a happy New Year.

Dear sir,

although we are still in Borneo we still want to send you this E-mail to tell you how happy we were with our guide Raj. He was a very kind man and he made us feel very at home. He was also a excellent driver. Further on , he took great effort to arrange all kind of things for us , and he got things done I think most other guides wouldn’t have. He made us very welcome and also could tell us many interesting things about your country , the people and the places we visited. My wife and I think that Raj is a person you have to cherrish because he is a very good advertisment for your company.

Therefore we will recomment you company to all of our friends and relatives in Holland and also put our stories oubout our trip on the internet for anyone to read.

Please tell Raj that we send you this E-mail and perhaps show him the picture attatched. When we get home we print out the other pictures we took of him and send them to your office. Would you be so kind to hand them over to him than.

With the best regards

Hi Olivia,

All safely back from Borneo and just wanted to say thank you very much for all your help in organising the holiday. All the transfers worked perfectly with both drivers being very friendly and very punctual of all four occasions.

The Orang-utan sanctuary was a real hit for us all and although not as authentic an experience as Sepilok (see later), we were amazed at how close to the young apes we were (less than 1 metre on some occasions). The sand flies had a bit of a feast on us which was a nuisance but our own fault in forgetting the insect repellent for one afternoon.

The Air Asia flights over to Sepilok were great and we were met by Jamie (our guide) who came highly recommended from Karen and Caroline’s recent familiarisation trip. Sepilok was very interesting to see the apes in a more natural environment. The drive from there over to Sukau was a bit long – but Borneo nature Lodge was very comfortable. The food was also very tasty and the boat trips on the Kinabatangan (both afternoon and night-time) revealed a great variance of wildlife. The Gomantong caves were smelly and generally quite revolting but also very interesting. Jamie did a grand job and made the whole excursion most enjoyable.

Our final night was in the Meridien which was also a very good choice – being very comfortable and convenient though sadly had to leave at 04.15am so didn’t appreciate the full benefits.

Dear Julie,

We have now returned to Australia and would sincerely like to thank you and your team for your extremely efficient and courteous service.

From the moment we were met at KK airport by a very friendly man (sorry can’t remember his name) who had excellent English and gave us valuable information on the way to the hotel until we were picked up promptly yesterday for our return trip, we have nothing but praise for your company.

To you personally, your promptness at returning emails and providing information was invaluable and was really appreciated. Especially, the time you took on your day off to respond to us and phone calls to the hotel confirming pick-up times.

Congratulations on an excellent service – we will certainly recommend you to friends who may travel to KK, and hopefully we will return in future and explore some more.

Thank you for helping to make our trip to KK a wonderful experience.

Warm regards Fiona & (Roland) Brent Flood

Dear Bernadette,

I trust that this email finds you well?

I write to thank you for sorting out our trip to Sandakan for today, my partner, Clive loved it, and we would also like to thank you for sending Jamie to escort us today, and really he is an asset to your company.

His English, customer service and general manner is brilliant. His knowledge of the product, and his home town ‘Sandakan’ is second to none. Throughout he made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much of a problem, so I would once again like to thank you both for this, and most importantly restoring my faith in a ground handler that is still operating so efficiently within Borneo.

I will have no hesitation in recommending your company to all of my travel agents back in Perth.

Thanks again and kindest regards,

Mr. Justin La Grange

Last summer we had a great holiday on Borneo. We greatly enjoyed your country and this was also made possible by the well-organized trips by you and your colleagues. On our way from Sandakan to Kota Kinabalu we were accompanied by Raj. We really enjoyed his company and he made it an unforgettable trip to us. Can you please say hi to him from us and forward him the picture that I added in the attachment? He told us he didn’t have a picture yet of Jackie and him.

Dear Borneo trails,

My husband and me recently travelled to Borneo and stayed for a week between 19/09/2011 and 25/09/2011.

I would like to thank you very much for making our stay so organised and special.

Our whole time in Borneo was co ordinated by yourselves and ran perfectly without any fault or delay.

All the drivers that met us at Kota Kinabalu and Sandakan airports and the hotel were waiting for us and welcomed us. They were all very smart and displayed company identification. The small vans were clean and all had water available for us. They were all very polite and informative. I cannot recall all the names, sorry, but they were all a credit to your company and made our transfers stress free.

Also we were kept informed of departure and pick up times by letters that arrived at our hotels which also added to a stress free holiday for us.

We went on a trip into the rainforest, caves, turtle island and Sepilok. Our guide for the whole trip was Salam.

We both learnt more about Borneo from Salam than any book or internet could ever teach us. He discussed with us the inforstructure, politics, daily life, all the wildlife and so much more. Nothing was too much trouble for him and no question went unanswered. He is a genius. He even took pictures of us at various locations that came out perpectly!

So Borneo trails I cannot thank you enough for making our trip just so wonderful. Again, I say, your staff are a credit to you.

We booked this whole holiday through a large successful tour company here at home. I am forwarding this email to them as well so that they continue to book you for their customers.

With my thanks and kind regards.

Caroline Rogers.

hi julie, thank you so much for a well organized tour in kota kinabalu from may 26-30. we never had any glitch from airport pick-up till the last moment that we were brought to the airport. you had a very efficient schedule. my husband and i , with my sister in law and her grandchild truly appreciate your taking care of our needs during the tour. we commend also our driver-tourist guide RAJ who was so knowledgeable in his job and who saw to it that we got everything we needed. his happy personality made every trip enjoyable. our daughters who spent a holiday in kota last year had him also as their guide and have only good things to say about him, too. what we liked about RAJ is that he has good rapport with his guests and treats them with personal touch. in just a matter of minutes we decided we could truly trust him. there’s no trouble communicating with him because he speaks good english. he goes out of his way to make our trips comfortable and safe. in fact, we left kota with heavy hearts because we felt we left not only a friend there but someone who is already like a member of the family to us. thank you, RAJ, and we hope we’ll see you again. borneo trails is lucky to have you in their company. good luck!

Please thank Abdul Salam Lasaing and his driver for a wonderful day. They took us to see the proboscis monkeys and then on to Sepilok to see the orang-utans. Abdul was incredibly helpful and informative, and his driver was without doubt the safest we had throughout our holiday in Sabah! When we mentioned we were interested in seeing the memorial in Sandakan they happily took us there, although they could have just taken us to the airport and gone home early! We had a fantastic day and are very grateful to the two of them.

Hi Aunty Margaret & King Raj,

How are you? Hope all is good.

I am writing this e-mail as a show of appreciation for the outstanding level of customer service the both of you provided us with on our recent trip to Kota Kinabalu.

Aunty Margaret – Without your precise organisational skills the trip would not have been half as enjoyable. We must also thank you for taking us to taste the many delights that KK has to offer from the freshest of fresh seafood to the delicious tropical fruits mmmmmm…..

King Raj – You embody everything we believe to be exceptional customer service! No task was ever too hard, in fact at times you went well out of your way to ensure our safety and enjoyment. Your thorough knowledge of Kota Kinabalu (from the flora & fauna of the national park to how many cinema complexes there were in the city) was truly outstanding and the love for what you do genuinely shone through.

In all honesty the experience we shared together on this trip significantly exceeded all our expectations! A major reason for this was the both of you!!

Many thanks,

Just a quick email to express my appreciation at the high standard of tour guide you presented my wife and I with today for our Hot Springs outing. We were picked up from the Nexus hotel promptly at 8.30am as agreed and recieved such a warm welcome onto our tour bus.

We were chaperoned by Raj who was both professional and friendly. Raj typifies the good nature, well mannered and good humored nature of all the Malaysian people we have met so far. Along with his excellent knowledge and accommodating nature he is truly an asset to your company.

We have not yet had the pleasure of meeting any of your other tour guides as this was our 1st outing. We have another tour planned and if Raj is anything to go by, we thoroughly look forward to our next outing.

I hope that you will pass this email onto Raj as the thought of him being appreciated in written text for his hard work and excellence, I know will be warmly received.

Kindest of Regards
