Mabul has gained its own recognition as one of the best muck-diving (a term used to describe limited visibility dives at shallow sites with usually sandy bottoms) sites in the world.
Mabul is a small oval shaped island fringed by sandy beaches and perched on the northwest corner of a larger 200-hectare reef. The reef is on the edge of the continental shelf and the seabed surrounding the reef slopes out to 25–30m deep.
Mabul is also renowned for its amazing array of macrolife, making it an underwater photographer’s dream location to capture some of the rarest ecological species on film. Flamboyant cuttlefish, blue-ringed octopus, spike-fin gobies, frogfish and moray eels are just some of the spectacular critters you will encounter beneath the waters of Mabul.

| 0500 hrs | Meet and greet at lobby hotel in Kota Kinabalu and transfer to airport for flight MH2121 ETD0730/0815 to Tawau. |
| 0815 hrs | Arrival at Tawau Airport and land transfer to Semporna by van / coach for approximately 1 1/2 hours journey. OR 0830am meet at Tawau Airport (follow the schedule transfer). |
| 1000 hrs | Arrival Semporna and proceed to Mabul Island by boat for approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour journey depending on the sea or weather condition. |
| 1100 hrs | Expected to arrive Mabul Island and proceed for briefing, registration and check in. |
| 1200 hrs | Lunch |
NOTE: 2 SHORE DIVES (Jetty house reef dives) which one of the dives will be an orientation diver with Divemaster (Subject to 1st schedule arrival time at Mabul Island).
2nd Schedule Arrival - 14:20 hrs from Tawau Airport to Semporna. From Semporna to Mabul Island will be 1700 hrs.
*No diving on the day arrival. There will be 3 boat dives on the 2nd day, one of which the boat dive is the orientation dive.

| 3 boat dives a day - Mabul or Kapalai or Tun Sakaran Marine Park (Diving at The Sakaran Marine Park site, please arrange with resort upon arrival). & unlimited Jetty House Reef Dive in Mabul Island (Jetty operation hours 0700 hrs - 2000hrs). |
| Note: Diving at Sipadan Island is NOT guaranteed which subject to entry permit APPROVAL from SABAH PARK (Government Authority) and Weather permitting. |

| Free at leisure in the morning. Check out and transfer to Semporna and Tawau Airport. |
